Havering Council is taking over enforcement of some Moving Traffic Contraventions from the Police. The aim is to make roads in the borough safer by encouraging drivers to obey traffic signs. From Friday 18 September, Fixed Penalty Notices for £130 will be issued to drivers who ignore the signs . |
